Priced per property, not per room

AskPortfoliq's plan for up to 20 properties costs less than LetBuddy's £50 a month cap. Both charge per property, so an HMO counts once however many rooms it has.

Frequently asked questions

Is LetBuddy cheaper than AskPortfoliq?

For smaller portfolios, yes: your first property is free on LetBuddy and later ones cost £3 to £5 a month each. For 20 properties, LetBuddy's bill reaches its £50 a month cap, which is more than AskPortfoliq's plan for up to 20 properties. The price table on this page shows both.

Do both work with WhatsApp?

In different ways. AskPortfoliq lets you run your portfolio by WhatsApp or Telegram message, with an assistant that prepares changes for you to confirm. LetBuddy's WhatsApp button opens a pre-written message in your own WhatsApp for you to send to a tenant.

Does either file Making Tax Digital updates?

No. LetBuddy says it is not Making Tax Digital software and produces a year-end pack for your accountant. AskPortfoliq does not file updates either, and you can export your records for your accountant or Making Tax Digital software.
